Ice Cream Design Coming Soon! October 3, 2009

Hey! If you have been reading my last couple of posts, you probably know I held a CSS design idea contest and Umphulump won! Her design was themed around ice cream. I haven’t been able to design it just yet, so I’m going to start right after this post. Well, by the time you’re reading this it’s probably already done!
Okay, so since my entire CSS disappeared and I can’t recover anything I added to it, I need a few codes, so if you’re willing to help that would be awesome!

Effect where when you scroll down the background doesn’t move

Rofl, for once, I’M giving you css codes xD Here’s the comment box code:

}
I dont have the other code, or at least I cant find it, but this one gives the sidebar a border color and gives the text a color:
#sidebar #about,#sidebar .widget_text {
border:5px solid #COLOR;
color:#COLOR;
border-bottom:3px solid #COLOR;
padding:10px;
}
