A.) I didn't GIVE any homework for the Thanksgiving vacation and B.) I didn't bring home any papers to grade (i.e. teacher-homework). I like it best when kids get gobs of time in class to get their homework done, because in my opinion, homework is lame and it doesn't represent real life as grown ups. What grownup has homework as part of their jobs? Mechanics? No. Waitresses? No. Veterinarians? No. Lawyers? Maybe. But they're typically work-a-holics, so that's that. Whatever teacher invented homework really needs a bullet to the head. Sadly, I'm sure he's dead already, so shooting him at this point would be a wasted bullet.
